Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments accurately and efficiently.
- Process guest bills, invoices, and receipts in a timely manner.
- Reconcile daily cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and financial procedures.
- Provide courteous and professional service to hotel guests.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing or payment inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
- Assist in stock and supply management when necessary.
Minimum Requirements & Responsibility
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a cashier in the hospitality industry.
- Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic accounting software.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle cash and financial transactions with integrity.
- Must be willing to work on Thika Road.
