Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s strategic plan to drive growth and sustainability.
- Lead business development, retention, and diversification efforts to expand the company’s market presence.
- Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure alignment with overall company goals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, investors, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure financial health and profitability by managing budgets, optimizing resources, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to protect the organization’s assets, reputation, and long-term viability.
- Lead and manage the executive management team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
- Champion a culture of quality excellence across all aspects of the organization.
Minimum Requirements & Responsibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; an MBA is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a CEO, Senior Executive, or in a leadership role within the energy/construction sector.
- Strong experience in project management.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building high-performance teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive growth, innovation, and operational efficiency.
