Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, complaints, and providing support across multiple channels. You will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and creating a positive experience for all interactions.
  • Minimum Experience: Degree or diploma in communication, public relations, or any related field.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner, whether in person, via phone, or online.
  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls and ensure customer inquiries are addressed promptly.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers about the company’s products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints, offer appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Manage and update customer accounts, databases, and service records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Assist in administrative duties, such as filing, scheduling appointments, and managing the reception area.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding service improvements.
Minimum Requirements & Responsibility
  • At least 3 years of experience as a front office receptionist or in a call center environment.
  • Degree or diploma in communication, public relations, or any related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and customer service software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills and maintain a positive attitude.
