Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the motor vehicle mechanics team.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective repair solutions.
- Ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks meet safety and quality standards.
- Maintain records of repairs, servicing, and parts inventory.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior mechanics.
- Prepare and submit timely reports on vehicle maintenance and workshop operations.
Minimum Requirements & Responsibility
- Degree or Diploma in Motor Vehicle Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Motor Vehicle Mechanic.
- Strong ability to diagnose and fix mechanical issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in report writing and documentation.
- Valid and current driving license.
- Certificate of Good Conduct.
- Must be available to join immediately after a successful interview.
