Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support HR staff in executing recruitment, training, and employee relations activities.
- Implement and oversee HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Manage employee records, including attendance, performance reviews, and benefits.
- Facilitate onboarding processes and staff development programs.
- Handle employee grievances and mediate disputes.
- Ensure a smooth and productive work environment by maintaining good communication between employees and management.
- Assist in preparing and managing the HR budget.
- Stay up to date with current HR trends and regulations.
Minimum Requirements & Responsibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience in HR, with at least three (3) years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
