Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting alcoholic beverages and answering inquiries about product offerings.
- Manage inventory by stocking shelves, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring timely reordering of items.
- Handle transactions efficiently, including cash and digital payments, and ensure accurate records are maintained.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
- Enforce alcohol sale regulations, including verifying customers’ age in compliance with legal requirements.
- Provide product recommendations and educate customers on various types of alcoholic beverages.
Minimum Requirements & Responsibility
- Have at least 4 years of experience as a bar attendant or sales representative in a wines and spirits establishment.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of various types of alcohol, including wines, spirits, and beers.
- Hold a hospitality course certificate from a recognized institution.
- Provide their original academic certificate during the application process (mandatory).
