Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service and quality standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Prepare and maintain staff schedules to ensure smooth operations.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Generate daily reports on restaurant operations and staff performance.
Minimum Requirements & Responsibility
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
