Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Offer outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle sales transactions efficiently and accurately at the cash register.
- Maintain the store’s cleanliness and visual appeal.
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and ensure inventory is in order.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Promote store products and offers through effective merchandising.
- Leverage social media platforms to promote the store’s products and drive sales.
- Monitor stock levels and provide input on stock replenishment.
- Assist in implementing sales and marketing strategies.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and trends.
Minimum Requirements & Responsibility
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Attendant in a fashion shop.
- Passion for fashion and a keen sense of trends and style.
- Experience in social media management to promote products is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and handling transactions.
- Ability to work in a team and deliver results under minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude.
