Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Lead to oversee and drive the performance of our sales team within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. The role is focused on achieving sales targets, expanding market reach, and developing strategic initiatives to penetrate new markets.
  • Minimum Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Entry Level
  • Experience length: 5 year
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to capture new market opportunities and enhance brand presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve results.
  • Train and onboard new sales team members, ensuring they align with the company’s goals and standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
  • Regularly report sales activities, achievements, and challenges to senior management.
Minimum Requirements & Responsibility
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience leading and managing sales teams in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and penetrating new markets.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.
