Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to meet marketing objectives.
- Manage and grow the company's presence across all major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Create engaging and high-quality content tailored to the hospitality industry.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to keep the company ahead of the competition.
- Engage with followers and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports to measure effectiveness.
- Identify and implement strategies for audience growth and engagement.
Minimum Requirements & Responsibility
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, with expertise in creating and managing campaigns.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Availability to start on short notice.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for staying updated on social media trends.
