Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements, including purchases, transfers, and wastages.
- Monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.
- Implement efficient stock control procedures to minimize losses and improve cost management.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Collaborate with procurement, kitchen, and service teams to ensure proper stock utilization.
- Prepare and submit detailed stock reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in stock management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in inventory management.
Minimum Requirements & Responsibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in stock control within the hospitality industry (food & beverages).
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Excel.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
